Garbage Scow

So I'm surfing the web looking for the size of the nuclear
engineering crew compliment on nuclear submarines to guide my
thinking on what personnel requirements a nuclear spaceship may
require.

I come across a FAQ on subs, and they talk about how they
occasionally dump garbage at sea, and some synapses fire off, and I
remember a late 70's show called Quark.

Quark was about a crew on an intersteller garbage scow. Does anyone
else remember this show?
