Ethanol From Waste Straw

If you can point me in the direction of the rebuttal, I'd be curious to
read it. I was afraid somebody would ask that! ;) I certainly can't narrow it down to the post, and I can't even remember who the poster was. I think the thread title might be "Re: When will we be able to afford space settlement?". SPS only came up as a side issue, though its usefulness is being debated. The newsgroup would be sci.space.policy. And as far as coming up with routes other than SPS to space settlement, I think that's fine. Even if some of us who still think SPS isa good route are right, having two or more justifications instead of just one is a big help.
