Is this a serious question ?

Living humans (and all animals) eat food and inhale oxygen.

They metabolize the food and oxygen together, and exhale CO2 and
water vapor. This process also generates heat which must be
disposed of somehow.

The amount of CO2, H2O and heat emitted varies with the amount of
physical exertion.

The food could be grown locally or imported.
