ISTM that a Habitat won't be developed fully when the airlocks open.
I'm sure that there will be a community plan to develop the Habitat
to maximum potential in terms of population.
high density areas built right at the start and have many areas of
the Habitat still be bare? Will there be lower density throughout
and as population pressure increases will those properties be
redeveloped into high density living and work areas? Should the
Habitat developers build the individual buildings within or should
they simply sell the property to *real estate developers* and allow
them to manage and profit from the construction of the homes and
buildings? Should all property be sold for the same price? Who
should benefit from reselling property for higher density areas, the
Habitat constructors or the first person to but the property when
the airlock openned?
Any thoughts?
