Tau Ceti: Prime real estate for High Frontiersmen

Yeah, and think of all of that zero-g matter orbiting around. Easy
to get to and no gravity wells to fight, either from Earth-like
planets or from lunar mass-driver operations.

A truely orbital civilization with evenutally, millions of Habitats.
