SSI Activity

It is true the web site hasn't been updated for a while and Bettie
seems MIA. And they're two facets of the same problem. I'm the one who's responsible for updating the site, but Bettie was the only one from SSII was getting directives from. If someone else inside SSI would like to step in, they only need to contact me. My suggestion is that if you want to do
something that you pick an area that you are interested in and do
something. There has been more than one person saying we sure could use some 3-D computer graphics of High Frontier concepts like space mining, SPS, and orbital habitats. I guess it would just depend on how much effort you were willing to put in on a volunteer basis. It only makes sense that at some point SSI should want to make a DVD or something, and they ought to be able to scrape at least a little bit of money together for something like that, but nothing's been planned, as far as I know.
