There might be a problem, in that the orbit of the ISS isn't optimized
for lunar insertion. It might be cheaper to simply launch from Earth
rather than boost to ISS, do assembly, and then use more fuel to get
to the Moon.

To the best of my knowledge the Moon doesn't have that much platinum.
Why not just look for it on Earth? There's more chance of success.
