saw in Calgary Herald,page 25,October 8/04.Charles
Elachi,Director of the NASA Jet Propulsion Lab said,
"It's a long-term commitment for Humanity to explore
and to expand into the Solar System".Elachi and the
two members on the panel of experts at the Internat-
ional Astronautical Congress in Vancouver,B.C.-Daniel
Sacotte of the European Space Agency and Viktor
Vorontsov of the Babakin Space Center in Russia,
agreed a Moon Base and Space Station would help
Humans adjust physically to Space travel.
Nothing
about Space Colonies,kinda sad,I guess roughly 29,000
children per day will continue to die from starvation
and/or malnutrition with no hope of significant
improvement in their future,on our planet Earth.
