Barriers to free enterprise in the high frontier

A Hollywood movie set on a space settlement in say 2020 would be very good
although it would have to emphaise the fact that we could have it built
soon.

I was delighted to see the Sony Imax movie "L5: First City in Space", but
was dismayed to see that they set it in the year 2091. The first O'Neill
type habitat could be in place many decades before then. The movie might
have been more engaging to youngsters if it had been set in a time frame
closer to the middle of their future careers.
