Hi All,

This is my first time of replying to the group.

I have tried faxing and phoning HQ but the fax but neither work.

Is there any other way of contacting the board ?

I think the points made by babbler are relevant and I won't complain
about the spelling since my own is non too good.

Another way of getting into space is have the various associations i.e.
SSI, The Planetary Society, The Mars Society etc. to carry out some of
the basic research needed in a number of areas but co-ordinate it.

Then apply this research to building the various sub systems (which
don't have to be at ESA or NASA prices).

For my part, I am interested in a networking group that can provide this.

I am a director of Starchaser Industries ( please visit
www.starchaser.co.uk ) and we have given grants to several organisations
to help conduct research.

I also have an interest in inflatable structure, of a very different
kind to what is around right now. This is still in research but the
results so far are excellent. The structures are very ridged and have a
thermal and audio insulation of approximately 90 % from inside to outside.

In another project, a sterling cycle engine is about to be built.

In another one, fuel cells will be going into production levels next June.

So I think that by pooling a number of association's and independent
ideas together , then a very cost effective way may be found to not only
get us all into space but have the initial infrastructure to live and
work there.

Kind Regards

Paul
