Yes! -- culture first. I am trying to say their system works -- nothing more.. THE SYSTEM, THE APPROACH-- not products they may or may not deal with. Long term view -- very important. Focus -- very important. Individual accomplishment orientation -- very important. Contrast it especially with NASA -- dysfunctional at best -- not a good model or culture. IMHO we must prevent beaucratic domination. Perhaps limiting the funds spent within govt can start us down that road -- and with our donkeys all pointed in one direction, hopefully the right one. Gary
