Giorgio, please look up the concept "economies of scale". Babelfish says it
translates to "economie di massa" but I have no idea if that makes any sense.
Pretty much any technology that is efficient at the small scale is more
efficient at a larger scale, certain chemical processes aside.

And Giorgio, you DO carry around an electrical generation source. The
batteries that power your cell phone generate electricity, in a conversion
from chemical energy.
