Thanks for the link. This looks really nice, but what happens when the sea level rises? The property will not be worth, I suspect. Might be a good place to dive. The sea level is rising, from global climate change. Odd that burning oil makes so much money for some, but will also cost some a lot, apparently some of the same folks. But I will not invest in those low-lying lands. On orbit looks better to me. Jay Huebner
