Some years ago I read an article about a couple that
had been to a fertility clinic because they were
having problems getting pregnant. Turned out they were
at the opposite ends of the human genetic curve. They
were mutually infertile, but completely fertile with
humans in the midrange of the human genome. The
article went on to explain this indicated the human
species still had the ability to form new species, if
only we could somehow isolate some fragments. Hmmm,
wonder what will happen in space colonies, if they/we
predicate membership on our particular preferences?
After a few millenia???

I expect there are some homo saps who are a little bit
furthur along the evolutionary Way. I've met some.
They're all remarkably accomplished musicians. God
loves them best,,,or Mom, as the case may be.
