Arthur's right. We looked into this issue about a year ago, and the
cost of transmission is about 30% of the cost paid by the homeowner
when a separate billing mechanism is employed by the utility. The
numbers could be even less if there wasn't cost shifting between
transmission and production being sanctioned by regulatory agencies.
