Oh you mean a O'Neal space habitat, a lunar base, and a manned Mars
mission?
Who knows how far back the political hacks in the government, and in
NASA, have set back the whole manned space effort. Of a certainly at
least 50 years! It's about time a NASA administrator had the cojones
to stand up and tell it like it is.
