Hello Gang,
Some researchers consider the exploration and colonization of
the Earth's seas and oceans as a prelude to the colonization of space.
One author of that particular turn of mind was Marshal T. Savage author
of "The Millennial Project; Colonizing the Galaxy in Eight Easy Steps".
In my view this book ranks as a major classic.

I was wondering does any one on this list know of any good web sites
concerning current and future undersea exploration and current research
concerning the possibility of colonizing the sea? I would be especially
interested in sites concerning future submarine technology and designs
for undersea cities.
