Funny you should say that. I actually did create a website for this
article and placed it on my Space Settlement site at
http://members.aol.com/oscarcombs/settle.htm

But then I made the mistake of contacting National Geographic to ask
their permission, and they asked me to remove the article. They
explained that they themselves often are not the copyright owners of
articles appearing in their magazine.

But I've hung onto the HTML and pictures. Anybody who has an interest,
send me an E-mail off-line. I'll zip up the package and send out to
interested parties.
