I too was sceptical so had the math checked by an expert. The initial
paper was peer reviewed by the UK IEE and no fault was found.

Over 400 test runs have been conducted and the measured thrust agrees
with the math. At the moment we are only talking of several 10's of mN
trust but expect this to increase with the MkII.

It may not work on a scaled up version but we will give it a try. If
it does work then this could be useful.

You may be able to find an article on the New Scientist web site in
the 9th September 2006 edition called relativity drive.

I agree that SPS could be an economic winner. I am expecting to
conduct a terestrial based experiment in 2007 using an inflatable
structure and some flexible arrays. The space based technology
demonstrator will have to wait until Starchaser achieves LEO, which is
about 4 - 5 years away.
