That's a fair question; I vaguely recall that we do, for various
physiological reasons, but I can't seem to locate the details at the
moment, so it's possible I'm remembering wrong.

However, as a lesser point, a pure O2 atmosphere (even at very low
pressure) still increases the risk of fire substantially over the same
amount of O2 plus a buffer gas.
