Ah, is that so? Thanks for the correction. I'm not sure where I got
this impression -- I looked in "Space Settlements: A Design Study" but
this isn't treated in much depth. Do you have a good reference for the
relative loads?

Also, does your comment still apply, do you think, when the radiation
mass is integrated into the hull instead of external as in most early
designs?
