The Reusable Space Exploration Vehicle Corporation is a nonprofit scientific and technological research and development company focused on the development of vehicles and systems usable in transporting goods, materials, equipment and people into space and throughout the solar system. The company is currently based out of the board of directors residence in Huachuca City Arizona until resources can be brought together to setup a more fitting location for the corporate headquarters. The primary product of the company will be versatile space transportation systems or vehicles go the general market. At this time the market for such vehicles is in its infancy, we will be essentially establishing a new market for our product. The desire in the general public and in the corporate sector for further operations in space is growing. With each passing year more people and companies look to the stars and cry out for some one to do something about getting mankind out into space. The primary nature of this company is scientific and technological research and development, specifically the technologies that will be needed to produce our products. The purpose of the Reusable Space Exploration Vehicle Corporation is to conduct scientific and technological research and development into the technologies and processes that will be needed to produce the next generation in reusable space vehicles for private, corporate or business applications. The company has taken the form of a nonprofit scientific research and development corporation. This was done to facilitate donations for the initial development of the product and to emphasize the company's dedication to research and development, not profit making. Once the first product has been produced, a second for-profit corporation will be established for the sale, production, distribution and operations (leasing of space to other companies to perform missions) of the product. The original corporation will continue as a nonprofit with future product developments. The company is formally incorporated in the state of Arizona with the legal name of "Reusable Space Exploration Vehicle Corporation". At this time we are currently in the early stages of company startup and working toward the first phase of the development process. Some work base concept work has been done on the first product toward the development process. We are working on bringing together the resources that will be needed to further the development processes, resources such as qualified engineering and staffing personnel, facilities to operate out of, equipment and funds needed to conduct operations and design work. The primary goal or objective of the nonprofit company is the successful design, development, construction and flight of new space vehicle concepts under development. To be the first to produce an extensive, versatile reusable space vehicle with the following capabilities: To lift off from the ground in the form of conventional aircraft without the aid of specialized launch platforms or external boosters.
Execute atmospheric flight and climb above the earth's atmosphere.
Conduct a variety of missions at the same time or sequentially.
Move a larger amount of payload or cargo into space over conventional rocket based launch systems.
Operate for longer durations thank conventional manned space vehicles.
Internal vehicle command structure capable of operating independent of extensive ground based control facilities to accomplish mission objectives.
Return to earth or home port safely.
Minimize unnecessary mission wait times, or ground time.
Our secondary goal, to be completed once the first ship is produced, is to establish a for-profit company for the sale, production, delivery and operation of the space vehicles produced by the nonprofit company to benefit our investors, industry, corporations and the general public. This second company would handle such task as: Sale of whole vehicles to corporations, businesses, and private individuals.
Production and deliver of sold vehicles.
Leasing of space on company owned vehicles for entities that would have a space mission to execute, but may not need an entire vehicle.
Training and licensing vehicle crews.
