Yes, this is one small step for women, but it is NOT one giant leap for Womankind! This headline is an example of journalistic abuse to attract attention to the article.
I had expected to read that NASA had announced the name of the woman selected to be the first woman to walk on the Moon. That, indeed, would be "One small step for woman, one giant leap for Womankind"!!!
