European Space Agency promotes solar power from space

Cutting the birthrate is very unlikely to happen. China has tried to cut its birthrate to one child per couple and most of the worlds governments have been giving them a hard time for it, including the U.S. Also India and most African and Mid East countries average between four to seven children per familyaccounting for well over half the worlds population growth. This is mostly do to following religious beliefs prohibiting birth control. Regards Ron
