Plan for the climate control

Now, here's a thought: how about taking a few gigawatts of of Powersat
electricity and using it to extract CO2 from the air. Then the carbon
can be combined with hydrogen (I imagine there's going to be a lot
hydrogen production anyway, for things like launch vehicles and even
advanced jets) and make a clean-burning, synthetic "gasoline" from it.
This can be burned in cars and such. That will return the CO2 to the
atmosphere, but at least it's carbon neutral.

I suppose the synthetic fuel company could get a tax break for turning
some of it into synthetic coal and burying it in old coal mines (or
something).
