Plan for the climate control

With enoght and cheap energy, we can do anything but, in my opinion,
the CO2 is not a problem, but a sintom of the climate change.

The best way to fight against the global warming is:
1 Cover with mirrors or painting on white all the roofs of all the
builds of all the citys of the world, for reflect to space the solar
light radiation BEFORE this converts in heat.
2 Plants trees, many trees, in parks into citys, in woods around the
citys and on the border of the roads and streets.
3 A internacional law that punish the enterprises that cause
contamination or damage to nature.
4 Push the energy fonts cleaner and cheaper.
5 Put a Umbrella in the space, in the lagrange point between the Earth
and the Sun.

Since the warm of the Earth will be controled, the CO2 level will be
controled too.
