Problems with YouTube and Google Based Blog Sites

Hello One and All, Is anyone living in the States, the United Kingdom or anywhere else in the world having problems with YouTube? Over herein Malta it has been very spotty and temperamental. You click on to a video clip and usually get a message the this video is no longer available and return a few minutes later and it is suddenly available again. The next day the same story repeats itself and then the problem clears up again. It seems to be happening with all the videos hosted by YouTube only. I haven't encountered this problem with any other video hosting sites and Google video works fine. Is this a problem only endemic to YouTube? This problem has been going on for the past few days.
