Obama transition team seeks public comment on solar power from space

Now in fairness, this does not mean that the Obama
Administration will actually DO powersats, or even that
they are seriously CONSIDERING it. But it does mean that
people on his team have read it, and thought it was worth
giving people a chance to read it and comment.
