I'm on the board for an ejournal on space development
(http://www.resonance-pub.com/aimscope.htm). Please consider producing a
paper for this peer-reviewed journal.

Here's some email I got from the editor in chief:

Dear Al: I am writing you to invite you to submit a manuscript for
publication in our new journal. We have two papers already online and
look
forward to a steady growth in the number of manuscripts submitted and
published. Also, we would welcome your efforts at recruiting manuscripts
by
your colleagues, and the publicizing of the journal as you attend
conferences and meetings. Any assistance I can offer would be gladly
given.

Thank you for your interest and time. Best wishes for the holidays and
new
year.

Regards, Haym.

The dinosaurs weren't spacefaring. We are. I don't think that's an
accident. Maybe we are life's taxi to the stars.
