If someone builds a $40 billion laser they are going to keep it
operating 24/7. The effect of losing the laser beam thrust would be
to put the mirror in an orbit 1 part in 100,000 faster. So after 100
days with no correction it would have drifted about 0.3 deg from where
it started.
You really should consider learning some math.
