I'VE BEEN THINKING THAT IF LAUNCH POINT TECHNOLOGIES Actually gets to build their Launch Ring, it will approach feasibility to launch into orbit, to an assembly facility, the raw materials of Power Sat construction,ie, 10 kg ingots of aluminum as structural material, the pure silicon crystals and doping to build solar cells in orbit and assemble, via tele-robtics, the Power Sat. This might be done near the ISS, with possible technician access to/from the ISS and the Constructor as well as having real time interaction between human controllers and their T'bot drones doing assembly.
