Gravity allows traction (was Apologizing for the spinless moon)

I expect it won't be humans working in construction/assembly in free fall or 1/6th G, it will be teleoperated robots. They need only direction, not life support and can be constructed with grips to specific structures/equipment. Humans need only be close enough to control these in real time(as opposed to light speed delayed). That's pretty much a necessity for industrial processes and free fall assembly of power sats. People can sit in lunar orbit in a rotating construction shack, about as big and well outfitted as a gulf oil rig(with the appropriate atmospheric control systems). That would allow real time access, to the 'bots in space and living under 1/6th G is reportedly not so bad. I don't people expect on Luna to have to go outside except under exceptional circumstances.
