As for space suits getting coated with the fine Lunar dust, Passing between an electron gun and then a couple of positively charged plates before entering an airlock could probably eliminate 99+percent of the dust.Just an aside,,,GAry 7

You're attempting to counter a known, hard-and-fast quantity (the kinetic energy difference resulting from the different delta-V) with a hypothetical (that lunar industries will be crippled by the lower gravity). A modest amount of engineering innovation could overturn much of your argument. But nothing will ever reverse the energy difference.
