I did count this force.

NOTE the following,

1. Torque IS equal in all directions so cancells. Uses about 1 / 2 the total input power. So is not required in the thrust formula.
2. Radial forces are equal at the short arm radius. I dynamicly balance the mechanism with the arms locked IN cancelling all radial force. When I lock ANY of the arms "out" an "unbalanced" force results in the direction of this arm as it rotates even after the whole unit is balanced.
3. The radial forces CANNOT be transmitted back to the pivot point through the telescopic joint so except for minor friction, NO radial force is transmitted back to the pivot.
4. ALL radial force is transmitted to the curved path / case.
5. "V" Is higher on ONE side. So is "F"

Integrating ALL of these forces gives a single force vector result.
