From Hank Smith, Oh come on now!! Building from Lunar Materials?! Whoever suggests is obviously crazy, a lunatic, with rocks in his head! HA ha ha!!
If we go by the studies done back in the day, the answer is that for fewer than 30 SPS, Earth-launch is cheaper. For 30 or more, ET resources are the more economical option.
