Building a Lunar Base with 3D Printing

I would like more information on the chemical process. It sounds similar
to autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) which uses aluminum powder and
water to generate hydrogen gas bubbles which create the open cell
structure. The real issue with all additive manufacturing methods is
that there is minimal cohesion between strands. The article doesn't
address that problem.
