Probably none. I would need to perceive even a slim hope that it might
actually accomplish something. Remember the Artemis Project? That was
pretty exciting, and in its heyday had hundreds of pretty smart people
working on ironing out the details. But they never had a business case
that came even close to closing, and so, of course, people got tired of
paper designs and moved on to other things.

The history of space development is littered with the corpses of such
well-intentioned projects. What makes this one any different?
