I want to also say thank you for the site and the stories. I found
your site about eight years ago now, when I was going through one
of my biggest mental shifts ever and binging on space settlement
information and hard sci fi stuff. Your site quickly became one of
my favorites and I still enjoy re-reading the stories from time to
time.

I got so many new and great ideas from them and I don't look at
questions about the future anymore. I'm as big a fan of Star Trek
as anybody and I love that it posits an optimistic future, but what
it lacks is the feeling of "we can actually do this, inside my life
time" I get from the hard stuff like your series.
