Astronautics and Aeronautics?

I've been working on gathering information for an SSI Senior Associate and a couple of often cited resources appear to not be ... anywhere that I can find.
Ever hear of a journal called Astronautics and Aeronautics?
This is a very often noted reference:

O'Neill, G.K., "Engineering a Space Manufacturing Center", Astronautics and Aeronautics, Vol. 14, No. 10, Oct 1976, pp. 20-28, 36
Now when you search for that journal you get the NASA Astronautics and Aeronautics Chronologies but those are long "Captain's Logs" of just the facts of whatever happened on a day of any year.

The volume numbers directly relate to the releases of the AIAA Journals (Bulletins) BUT the AIAA Arc does not have "Astronautics and Aeronautics" For example:https://arc.aiaa.org/toc/aiaaj/14/10
Was this a side journal, a special insert that came with the AIAA Journal?

Worldcat, Bookfinder, ABE, Alibris and even ebay have no lot listings for this journal that I can find with my humble search keywords. That is so odd. And with so many citations you'd think some of these things would be out there somewhere at some price.
