Fusion Propulsion Question

D-He3 has already been successfuly fused at University of Wisconsin.
And they have developed a new, small fusor that shows promise of
becoming a effective, small fusion reactor. They are already working
with Daimler Chrysler Aerospace to bring it to market as a neutron or
positron emitter (depending on how you fuel it) to supply
chemical/explosive detection equimpment and PET scanners.
