Pardon the digression but that's a clumsy manner of stating the title. A clean question is better understood, especially for people not as familiar with American as some of us. "What is tea minimum size, which most people could be comfortable in"

I see we are accepting the limitations of LEO as simply the facts of the matter, and we must adapt.
What are they using for back-up power during half of the station's time, every 45 minutes?

I say station, because a cruise-ship isn't much of a colony. People might spend tours of duty or parts of their careers there, but transplant a significant portion of their entire fortune and their families?

It's not a breakout for the species, it's just a few people, and the general population will see the entire thing as a rich haven or some extraordinary people, not in the same vein as the Mars One crew, or course.
