What is the solar intensity at lunar poles?

I speculate that the constant -4C is associated with areas that are
alternately in light and darkness. A cable permanently protected from
the sun by a flimsy sunshade might achieve much lower average
temperatures. Perhaps superconductive transmission cables might be an
option.
