What is the solar intensity at lunar poles?

You could build it from the moon, but it's much easier at an

asteroid, or atleast from an asteroid. An asteroid is a different

ball game.

By the time we are able to get to an asteroid with accessible

water, we will be in a position to build one wherever we wish,

pretty much; given a few other technologies such as iron

smelting. I think we will get to an asteroid, before we will
be in a position to build an Island 3.
