I need some Chemistry explained to me.

I wrote earlier about coming across a reference about calcium being
a good electrical conductor, better than copper or aluminum. That
got me thinking about the feasability of using calcium metal to
transmit electricity on the moon's surface.

After a lot of searching, I came across the reference below at

All the other web references seem to either reference this source,
copy it without reference, or paraphrase it.

>From trying to confirm this interesting fact, I've found that I
can't make sense of it, but all I'm doing is looking at information
in the Periodic tables, specifically at the electrical conductivity.
It seems to me that calcium comes in below copper, aluminum and
silver.

Can anyone make sense of this and fill in the blanks for me. What am
I missing that could lead PERMANENT.com to conclude that calcium is
in fact superior to the other metals.
