Which is Best? - Cast Basalt or Concrete

Looking for opinions on which is best for lunar construction, cast
basalt or concrete.

Concrete need hydrogen imports, but cast basalt can be made
completely with indigineous materials.

I don't know too much about cast basalt. Can anyone fill me in. How
does it compare to concrete as a structural material? Could
structural rebar be inserted into the cast product, like it is used
in concrete?
