Here is the thing about making water on the Moon.

Thus there should be enough materials to make water in substantial
quantities on the moon. As to casting it in bricks or hull sections.
That depends on how well you can get materials into lunar orbit. As
far as construction either method works just as well. Cast slag
bricks from ore production are another possiblity if water production
cant keep up. Also sintered regolith.
