The computers to control the station will have to come earth as in the early
stages we won't have oribting semi-conductor plants. The stuff that will
have
to come from earth is relatively low mass compared with what we'd get from
the
moon or asteriods to build it so it shouldn't be too bad although it may
still
end up costing a bit of money.

SSI ( http://www.ssi.org/ ) studies suggested that for
an SPS design optimized for use of lunar resources, 99% of the mass could
come from lunar material. As you suggest, the highly complex stuff which
has to come from Earth like computer systems makes up only a small
percentage of the total.
