Ants and Entrepreneurs

The statement about free love community in Germany as weird don't mean that
laws are broken. It mean that you're living the the framework of late 20th
century welfare state culture where it's politically correct to be one
man-one woman married team with no foolin' around and majority age (for most
states) is 18.

Just because you live in this culture dosen't mean that it's more modern or
sane. Somebody once said that there's far more differences between human
beings than there are between any other species. This make sense because
evolution requires (blindly) greater and greater individalization over time
to insure the survival of life and culture evolution is far more rapid than
biological. Back in1860, if you are 13, you're already a man and woman and
ready to do the adult's work and having children. The modern day family
model we have today are purely the result of 20th century industry age, in
which survival and advance requires moblie worker and that mean small family
who can be moved easily. Today's information revolution will result in both
greater mobility in short term AND greater rootness because so many work can
be done in home office with heavy industry being done by robots.

So in this light, it's very important to me that any legal framework be very
simple, easy to understand and enforceable by all members while allowing the
human nature to be expressed itself in varied forms without crossing the line
of using illegal force. We don't need all those regulations because the only
result is that it will make everybody guilty without knowing it. KISS the
law (Keep It Simple Stupid)
