Indeed, I think that the next poll should consider tycoons worldwide.

Oh, yes, the absurdly uneven distribution of wealth in the Third World is
notorious. My own country, Brazil, has the worst wealth distribution of the
world according to many studies. (However, we have only four billionaires in
the Forbes list - http://www.geocities.com/combusem/FORBES.HTM . By the way,
US has 63 billionaires in that list of 210 names.)
