i guess i didn't make clear what " do something " meant.

to put it another way, can we (if somehow raised a $100 mm) hire ruskies
and indians techies, contract with china's cheaper manufactures, buy parts
from ruskies, usa and other aerospace salvage yards and build a adequetly
reliable reuseable space vehicle with safety parameters akin to cars or
general aviation?

is that not possible?

with all due credit that encouraging millionaire adventureres would do to
popularize space faring for the rest of the 6 billion earthlings.
